Experience & Familiarity

As a competitive athlete myself as the Founder of Cuyahoga Mindful Health and Wellness, I have used strategies learned from graduate school and independent research to the benefit of multiple major wins at the endurance athletics national level post-collegiately, 1st overall Burning River 50mi, 2nd overall finishes at the Canton Marathon, Charleston Marathon and Myrtle Beach Marathon, 2x top-20 finisher at the Cleveland Marathon as recent as 2019 and top 15 finish at the Orange County Championship (LA, Cali.) Half Marathon.

With 6 years of military experience, exposure to military resiliency training techniques through army training programs and in the NCAAs for Cross Country & Track and Field, my methods to mental fortitude for athletic performance carry traditions from many of Ohio's most renowned athletes and coaches.


I believe in an eclectic empirical approach rooted in core psychotherapeutic schools of science and branches of philosophy as core to a truly gifted athlete, both in body and mind.

Many athletes find themselves biologically and physically capable of excellence concluded from countless workouts, measured metrics and other means of performance evaluation.

In my work as a Cross Country & Track and Field Coach as the Founder of Cuyahoga Valley Mindful Health & Wellness, I have worked with athletes to create real-world visualized scenarios of specific races.


With the assistance of a trained mental health specialist, your athlete will be able to identify his/her realistic strengths that can be applied to the performance scenario, both physical and mental, and gameplan psychological resiliency strategies to manage potential problems that could occur on game-day and outside of the playing field.
