My adventure as an athlete is uniquely shaped through blessings and experiences with many of Northeastern Ohio's greatest endurance athletes and mentors as both a coach and an athlete.

I am blessed to have grown with the Walsh University Cross Country program rise from middle of the GLIAC conference to NCAA DII National qualifiers year-to-year. I have experience competing at the the high-school, collegiate and post-collegiate levels with success at each level. I know the steps that it takes to build an endurance program the right way with the right foundational blocks for success through availability, consistency, flexibility, periodization and value-driven goal-setting techniques.

I will be available to review workouts with you as the athlete over text same-day to make changes if needed based on the condition and needs of your body at the time. The key to success is consistency in endurance athletics. A true practice of balance between physical and mental health wellness.

My approach to coaching is suitable for athletes of any skill level. Regardless of skill level, athletes are human first and I will do my best as a coach to help you meet your performance goals!
