FAQ: Scheduling & Health Insurance

Question: Do I need my health insurance information now to book a counseling session?


Answer: As long as your insurance is up-to-date and is on our Insurances Accepted list, you are perfectly able to bring all insurance information to your appointment.

Question: Are copays required? 


Answer: Copays are required by some insurance companies regardless of provider; however, if your family is presently struggling through a form of financial hardship, copay waivers are available to eliminate financial burden of treatment services for your family on a case-by-case basis from your provider and our billing staff.

Question: I have changed insurances since my last visit/no longer have insurance. Am I still able to receive treatment for my mental health?

Answer: Mental health treatment should be affordable for all persons regardless of payment availability. Our clinical staff are expertly trained in assisting you/your family in navigating the stressful world of insurance.

If you are eligible for Medicaid, our staff is happy to assist in your navigating of that enrollment process so that affordable, high-quality care is available for you. 

Question: Can I pay in person?

Answer: You may absolutely pay in person if you are a cash-paying patient and uncomfortable using our checkout system. Cash rates for families not wishing to use insurance are available with sliding fee scales available depending on most recent income statements.
